Practical use of space
The design is focused on especially practicality and safety. The 4,45 meter long Terhi 445 includes many well-thought stowage spaces and plenty of open space for moving safely around the boat. The intelligent foldable center seat enables easy and safe walk-through when loading or unloading the boat, but provides extra seating capacity for more passengers when needed. There are 3 different lockable stowage spaces in the front and one under the rear seat. Open side lockers provide practical easy access space for different ropes. The oars can be locked to the barbour side of the boat.
Stability and safety
Terhi 445 is a very stable boat. When standing still, it tilts only slowly and even fast moving in the boat doesn’t cause unsecure situations. The boat planes easily with already 20 hp outboard engine and behaves in tolerant and straight forward manner. It’s a good choice for the family youngsters, but also elderly boaters enjoy riding it. When looking for more sporty speeds and increased cargo tolerance, Terhi 445 C can be equipped with even 30 hp engine without sacrificing security aspects. Naturally Terhi 445 C can also be rowed.
